5th Annual Applied Geotechnical Engineering Design Contest Reinforced Soil WallDear GSE member, The University of Alberta's annual Reinforced Soil Wall Contest will be held on Thursday April 12 at the Natural Resources Engineering Facility. In this event, student teams are given 1 hour to build a reinforced wall from the materials provided, and prizes are awarded for the Strongest Wall, Best Prediction of Wall Strength, and Most Creative Design.
